About this Style I was inspired by the movie The Hunger Games. I recently saw the movie and fell in love with it. I enjoyed looking at the costumes, especially those of the people living in the Capitol. The outfit I came up with is mostly inspired by Effie's style, which I would describe as a modern tribute to rococo fashion.
