About this Style First: hoping that this site uses the same code style as subeta because  I will elaborate on my choices laterrr (as in tomorrow) OKAY. So. Obviously the neck poof and the glow sticks are the key points. Please forgive the slight layering fail with the sleeves. SPEAKING OF THE SLEEVES.
