About this Style
Thought I submitted this, but turned out I didn't. :( Anyways, I loved doing this since I hadn't heard any of Queen's songs in a while and this just reminded me of why I love them.

Description:
I was inspired by Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody and the contradictions of the protagonist caught between reality and fantasy after a murder. The overall look of the avatar, especially the dramatic makeup, was inspired by the fusion of rock and opera that I heard through most of the song. The base color (black) is from the heavy tones that underlie the early confession and escape. I added so much red as a tribute to both the shed blood and to the speaker’s defiance in spite of the jury’s guilty verdict- “so you think you can stone me and spit in my eye”- as he exits. I also included hints of gold since, despite his crime and the Hell he knows awaits, he still believes in his nobility.
