About this Style Neons can be a pain to work with anywhere, but they can still create some of the best outfits. For this challenge, we would like you to use at least two neon items to create a HA. One of these must be in the head, chest, legs, bottom, overchest, or body layer. The items do not have to have the word "neon" in the name, they just have to be neon colored. If your choice of colour doesn't fit the staffs standards, you will be asked to make it more bright. Have fun!
