About this Style  Elsa from Disney's Frozen for Noir's TPTM public challenge! I also made a version with Tea, but since I don't actually have that hair I have to upload the version with the tribute CW.  I really wanted to capture the details of her dress, more so than the actual color of it. Because, lets face it, without tributes of each piece it just aint possible.
