About this Style - Style File Film Inspiration Contest - Film chosen: The Goonies I chose to do an avatar inspired by this film because it's a classic, one of my all time favorite movies. Not only that but it's an all around feel good movie that anyone can connect with. Weather you're an outcast, a nerd, a jock, a tough guy, a prep, or the fat kid; this movie speaks to you. It's about the strength of friendship in the face of danger and hard times, a cliche 80's movie with a treasure hunting twist. It reminds me of my childhood and the friends I had when I was young, that's what inspires me. About the avatar: I decided not to replicate any of the characters from the movie but instead replicated a /scene/. She's an adventurer standing on One-Eyed Willies boat while it's still in the cave, draped in gold and jewels.
