About this Style Tromsø, Norway. 2nd City HA I really never would've known about this town/city if I didn't do my research. I don't even remember how I came across this place, but once I saw this pic... http://i59.photobucket.com/albums/g304/Schanskee/tromso-in-winter.jpg I knew I had to make an HA of it. So I took the sparkly circle-lights of the city and the wintry midnight sun pinks and blues and whites and translated it into an HA.
