About this Style I chose the song "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen. I chose this song because I really like the juxtaposition of the music and how complex it is. The beginning and the ending to me are very elegant and soft, I tried to display that through the upper body and the color choices. The middle of the song however is very harsh and has a Greek fantasy element to it, to me it almost sounds like the Greek gods of Olympus are signing the middle section. I tried to represent that in the face make-up and the hair. They are both very harsh and menacing but still have an element of fantasy to them. Finally, I enjoyed the complexity of the song. All the layered voices and instruments made it sound very deep and interesting. I tried to represent that in all the textures I used. I think sums it up pretty well. :) Tags: no GA, sfMusic |
