Create a Vampire-type avatar with an Air/Wind (Element) inspiration.

My inspiration may not be so obvious here so~ I went with ruffly, light fabrics/textures that would look pretty in the breeze. I also was inspired by ~*dark vampire elegance*~ and those bad ass bitches in AHS: Coven. xD
