About this Style (For this world to stop hating still waiting-sum41) So I was trying to do something with the peacock hat someone sent me and I was failing so I searched the hats found this one and managed to come up with this. There originally was no red in it but the black belted skirt and bustle didn't match as well as the reds did so XP I know theres pink in the skirt and not anywhere else really. I wasn't sure where to add it w/o making the ha look funky.
