Style File

I just joined and I'm confused by this first rule here:

1) You are only allowed to upload avatars made on Subeta. No generated avatars (made on sites like Subeta HQ or Arvee or the "All Clothing on Subeta" wardrobe function), pictures, graphics, text, etc.

Why aren't you allowed to post avatars made using the "All Clothing on Subeta"? That's how I normally find clothing for my outfits I just want clarification so I don't break that rule


Also - how do you go about uploading outfits, please?

The all clothing function doesn't mean you can't use it but you are not allowed to take a screenshot of it and crop the image of the HA. You must have the items in order to save it.
To upload your HA, once you have saved it, right click the HA and click on copy image location. You will then have copied a link that looks like this:
http://avatar.subeta.net/slib/avatar.php/433699
But with different numbers at the end. Then go here and paste it into the box that says (Upload from URL)
You can also right link the HA and click save image as and save your HA to your desktop. Then go to the upload page I linked above and upload the HA using the (Upload from file).

Just to clarify what Karissa said, Style-File is a way to save human avatars that you have made and worn (or could wear). You are welcome to use Arvee and All Clothing to design an outfit, but please do not upload that outfit until you own (or borrow) all the pieces.

I feel really stupid for this but mayhaps I just am missing how this works? I know we're supposed to mail nouveau for username changes, but I can't figure out how to do that? It keeps asking for an email and I'm super confused.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

nouveau is actually on a bit of a hiatus. Feel free to sMail an admin (I'm around often ). We need the sMail to see that you are the same person and the username is valid on subeta.

Please sMail on of the Admins with your old username and the need to change and one of them should get to it pretty quickly.

1) How do I get to my forum profile page from the Style-File Forums?
I was able to find it by first looking at my previous posts, and then clicking on my user name from there. Is there a more direct way?

2 How does one add their current Subeta Human Avatar to their forum profile page?

3) I bought a two months upgrade a day or two ago.
My account immediately updated for some things, but I haven't yet worked out how to get the following:
- Custom Wearable Shop discount
- Premium medal to be displayed underneath your "active" avatar

4) There are options under one of Luscious' avatar on Style-File I'm not sure I should be seeing


5) Is there a page that lists previous contests (and their respective tags)?
I tried looking on the current contests page but didn't notice any link.

6) Is there a list of all medals, past & present, with their titles and what each is awarded for?
I've tried figuring it out some by myself, but for others I really have no clue at all.
