I really love how you've tried to dull down the brightness of the waist area but to the point that it still matches the hat, but I think the purple in the ankle area is a bit off. Perhaps try layering lime green ballet flats under? (sorry, unsure of the name. but the green sticks out at just a perfect length under mariachis) I also think that a neck item may have done this HA justice as it's one of the few places that you can show detail when using the slight hair.
