It's called: Torn Photo of a Foggy Day (released by Ophelia)! I had been looking for a sheer white bg for a long time too! So as soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it :)

I've been trying to commission an artist to make me a white sheer bg and other artists are coming to my thread saying "oh I made something very similar".... but what they show me isn't what I'm looking for. BG's are expensive to commission, so I may not be able to do one. I wish someone else would. I'd so take a slot for sure!

Yes! If you ever do commission a sheer white bg I'd love to see it! I'm pretty much obsessed with the ability to layer sheer colors over backgrounds.
