I think Couture's critiquing points are valid though I may have to add that the biggest thing that stands out to me is the lack of eyebrows.

My crit:

1.The top you are using (red one) layers awkwardly with those shorts. Maybe try a different red top, or try layering the shorts over the top if that works.

2. Needs a necklace, accessories are important. There are plenty of accessories on site that would compliment this ha well. Also adding a ring wouldn't hurt either.

3. The headpiece doesn't match anything. THough the headpiece is cute, its bright red, where as the top is dark red. Also it has polka dots. I would remove it, or change the red top to match it.
