I think what's bothering me is the crotch area, where it's a bit green. idk what happened there but i dont wanna find out 'naw mean???

Hope you don't mind me critiquing!
I think the main problem is just to make sure all the item styles match. The hairpiece and sash (earthy) don't go well with the boots (casual) and hair (a little bit edgy).
The jacket is also a bit chunky looking, especially compared to the other thin-lined items and I'm not crazy about the belt layered over the jacket.
I'd also suggest adding more to the face, with lips (maybe Mocha) and makeup, especially since the mascara you used has a lot of potential for eyeshadows to be layered behind it.
Overall though your color matching is good and I really like your choice of color palette! c:

I am greatly for the comments you have left and will take them into consideration when either remaking this outfit (which I think I might do in the near future :P) or creating a new one all together.
