Ohhhh mannnnn. I dig this SO HARD except for that puffy hat. I just... cannot ever get on board with those. Which is tragic, because I want to +<3 this so much, but I just can't do it.

Hat aside, the nose is not my cup of tea and I agree that the flats are just a touch too dark, but I love the inclusion of the bandanna and would definitely leave it. It's one of my favorite parts, if not my very favorite part. I don't mind the current leg layering either. I kinda like it against the white shorts/spats, actually.

And you want critiques so,
I believe your hair is a bit more of an pastel -like yellow so try to use maybe sheer white leggings over the yellow?
Maybe try to use the roq white flats w/ burgundy ankle wraps? the shoes are too dark.
I think the bandana on the side is a bit much, remove it for a much more sleek look.
