There are only two things that stand out to me, and both are really really tiny and totally optional. Beneath that mouth, I'd recommend changing the base to the lil pout or o mouth, to get rid of the slight corner peeking out. Secondly, I'd see if you can find a darker ring to match the curtains or hair piece! That dark rose would be wonderful to get down there, even though you've got a bit at the legs. Otherwise, I really love this! It's a gorgeous use of that background, fitting the theme without either overshadowing the other. c:
