I'll have to agree with what Belladonna and Mega said. The fact that the stockings are over the dress, and the bag is behind the leggings makes the layering on this very poor. :( I would definitely take in the critiques suggested by both these ladies, because it will improve this avatar by quite a bit.

As for my suggestions, that hat isn't very fitting with the style of the avatar, nor are the boots. I think you can definitely use the stockings and the dress as a base and work your color-matching and layering around those two.

Responding to the "Please critique this style," the stockings would look much better under the dress, the lips and eyes are unflattering, and the bag should be in front of the avatar.
