Remember that all avatars need eyebrows! I like the way you layered the eyes to get the makeup, but if neither set of eyes has brows, I'd try picking a wig/hairstyle that comes down lower on the face. Sometimes, even if you can't figure out why or what it is, lack of eyebrows on an avatar can throw the whole thing off.

I like that the avatar is very muted in color except for the splashes of blue :) Makes the color stand out.
