Hmm, as for feedback, I would second about the sweater and yellow skirt ;o
Even though I love how the sweater looks under the corset, it does look too casual for the theme that you have.
And for the yellow skirt, I think it would look better without c:
If the yellow skirt is what gives that yellow hue at the bottom of the tulip skirt, I would find something that could also do that to replace it with ;c

Anyway, again, that skirt/waist and hand layering is amazing 8D

The skirt is amazing, as has already been said several times, haha... I oprobably would've excluded the yellow skirt thats under the petal dress but that'sj ust me. Very very nice job!

I'm impressed by the layering, especially on the hand. If it weren't for the description I wouldn't even know about the glove trick :o

Only thing I'd change is the sweater on her shoulders, somehow it seems too casual for her outfit.
