i can't speak for everyone else here
but i think what you did using only ONE LAYER is fucking amazing. dpsfh98hd;
it all works totally in unison and doesn't actually LOOK like you were restrained to 'one item per layer' because you picked the best possible items from each layer to use to make this all look cohesive and sexy and beautiful and fierce and ~romantic~ in this situation
it's simple and sweet, the layering isnt lost because of the sweetness and you can't even tell it's 1 item per layer (as you'd expect it to look bare but THIS does NOT look bare and my jaw literally DRAWWWPPPEEEDDD when i read your style info)
plus the use of that lace wrap is just sexyyyyyyyyyy
and the weird tattoos match oh and the way you layere the pirate belts under the slip to match the headpiece
