Thank you! It's Desolate Hair Strands layered under the unlocked Steam hairstyle(turned black in the hair salon, of course).

THAT HAIR. INSANE AND FABULOUS.
And while the hair is the first thing to grab my attention, the rest of the avatar is gorgeous, just simple enough so that it doesn't look cluttered with all that hair.
