I love how you made the ocean as a male. The elements are usually represented by females, being all seductive and idk, but this is quite refreshing. I really like the bold tangerine on the legs against the soft colours of the kilt, emphasizing the message you were trying to put across.

I also noticed the little blue dots. They're like buuuuuubbles. ;w;
