XD I was going for a Genie when I made this, but I suppose she also looks like a bellydancer :p

The pants are from the male White Peacock Trunk, they're called Elephant Deity Elegant Puffy Pants c:

It's just insane how you have a knack of creating avatars that look like drawings, not like lots of little images stacked together; it's like every item was made for this avatar. AMAZING.
