I love the whole spectrum of blues you have going on here, and how you tie it together with the Tweet items. Though if I were you (or if this were revamped :3) I'd change the face area; the purple in the eyes isn't found anywhere else, and the lips look kindof icky. :( Maybe something gold to tie in the birdcage?

But really that's just my quibbling. This is a rather nice avvie. Kudos!
