Effective immediately there is a new rule on Style File:

You are NOT allowed to REUPLOAD the SAME avatar. Reuploading is ONLY allowed when you have made significant changes to the avatar. This new rule is to halt the misuse of the Fresh page and uploads per month limit. Users violating this rule will be warned only ONCE. Your second infraction will result in suspension and your third will result in a permanent ban.

I had to do this because I had saved them wrong. I just talked to someone on the forums. I had to do it.

She had some issues uploading the correct format, that's why she had to upload again.
