I really like the chest layering here, but I'm not entirely sure I can articulate why. It's just kinda quirky and interesting with the ritzy items played against the more laid back tats and studs and such - almost makes makes me interpret the underling tails as a spin on tuxedo coat tails, which is a pretty cool idea.
