I think the necklace MissChelle is suggesting is the Archduchess Necklace, like, the mid one.
Then myself, I'd suggest some freckles maybe? and a ring. (:

Alright I do love this and i like the pearls but maybe use the short pearls. The ones that sit right on the neck so they arent covering the t-shirt? I think the donna ones sit on the neck and there is one more if im not mistaken.

And heres something additionally i think you could work on is like...themes, like you see youve got dressy battling with casual battling with the tooth belt. This particular avatar, it still looks okay because the colors flow so well but just in general its something that you wanna be careful for.
