Okay, maybe it's just a coincidence, but I totally just saw the fantastic irony in the combination of the "do not cross" belt and the bird: it's like she's all, "I am so cool and fashionable, so keep your distance lowly commoners. Something on my head, you say? Yes, I agree, my hair IS fabulous."
