intentional or not, this seems a little too similar to this :/

as for critique, the glasses should be layered under the ribbon and the leggings are way too dark compared to the shades. the earrings and headphones don't fit very well either.

I see you want a critique of this one. Well, I'd say to layer the earrings behind the hair along with the glasses and keep the bow above everything else.
