I CONCUR WITH KIA. Love the spikes and all the teeny tiny extra fabulous metal detailing. Also how the chains, hair, and the skirt all share that ragged, slightly drippy effect. I'm not even usually a fan of that eyeshadow, but it totally works here and I love when people make me like items I usually don't! Very rad.
