I pretty much think this is okay as is. The only things I would maybe change is 1) seeing if you can get some blue eyeshadow that matches the shawl, which is more dependent on your preferences and what you're trying to do with the HA and 2) maybe see if you can layer something over the legs to make them slightly darker. Or even under them, if they're sheer, idk since I haven't used them yet. But like I said, both those are pretty much negligible, and I really think this is adorable as is! I really like the shawl/hair combo too, it's elegant and still cutesy.

First of all, thank you very much for the critique!
I originally tried to find a fitting eyeshadow, but had some difficulty matching it to the shawl.
I'll try again to see if I can find a good eyeshadow colour. And a kind of pale pink would have been a total overload of pink, sadly.
The normal sheer black pantyhose makes the legs look too dark in this case, and the Verdi New Bloom Tights aren't really sheer to layer something under them, maybe I shouldn't have used a sheer white pantyhose over them at all, you're totally right, the legs are way too light right now.

The legs really aren't too light, they do work as is. This HA can easily get away without being totally matching everywhere, so don't think too much on it!
