...yeah, I get it. ...is there an emote meant to look like someone nodding? If there was, I'd use it here. If not, there should be.

Oh, it is a vest (the 'Black Leather Vest' item). The CI makes it look like it is just a collar. I thought you had blended it with another vest/shirt of some sort. I totally appreciate that CW more now! ^_^

By the way, I am so sorry for all the comments. I was tired last night! >.<

It's called a vest, but it's more like a collar like you say. ;p I did layer a black shirt under it.
