i didn't know it existed until i made this; i just saw it in the Held layer and thought it would be fun to use

ooo okay. I had half a mind to conclude it was a CI, but 1. why would anyone make a weapon CI, they're usually quite hard to use, and 2. how would that work with the battle coliseum anyway?
