Actually the eyeshadow color bothers me more than the hair, which I didn't even really notice tbh. Since you're looking for critique, I might try to cover the black on the neck somehow so it looks like it meshes better with the jolly dickie thing. I'd love this with different eyes/lighter eyeshadow and overall eyes and shadows that line up better.

I agree with this, especially the part about the eyes. After thinking about how cute this was, the eyes was one of the first things I noticed. I do want to say that the greens on the wig and outfit are very different though (wig bulbs are more cyan and the clothing is more like a sea foam green). I understand they may look the same on your monitor, but if you were to color drop them you'd see how far apart they are on the spectrum (bulbs closer to blue and the clothing more in the pure green range).
But ugggh this is SO CUTE regardless! The repetition is fantastic and the little puffy shoulders on the shirt with the overalls awww socute!
btw I already adored this earlier, I'm not just critiquing it and saying I like it and then not adoring XD

Although the green in the hair is different from the greens in the rest of the avatar, I think it works because the hair is like.. fiber-optic. Very nice. :D
