Would boots look better? I just went for shoes that wouldn't cover too much of the tattoo. And I wanted to try to bring down some of that blue for the lower half.

ACCENT COLOR. I love the teal, and it would look so much nicer if it stood out more. :)

& The jacket by itself looks fine, unless you want to brighten up the eyeshadow color. ~
