I don't know what it is about this HA but I just find it so oddly appealing... It probably helps that the top looks like it was made to be paired with that... bustle? Wrap-skirt? Whatever the hell that is. And the Rosebud Skirt + Sweetykin top make me really want a dress like that IRL. Puffy sleeves and all. It would be awesome. c:
