I like the skirt layering. I think it mimics the shawl's fringe stuff. I love the headband layering. ;D

the only thing i don't like much about this is the skirt layering. i would have used a different white skirt under the puff skirt or just white stockings. other than that, though, i love it~ it's simple and cute :)
