Sorry for your current loss as well :(
We were like PB&J and I was so spoiled by him. Getting me what mom wouldn't and always calling me or when he couldn't dial having grandma call me to talk to me and see how I was. I've still got my Pochaontas Doll that he got me for Easter (I think it was his last one?) because 1. I liked her and 2. I was his little indian. I've also still got my Woozer doggie too that when at home I used to dig out of the storage bin and sleep with at night.

My grandfather was an amazing man. One of the kindest people I've ever and probably will ever know. He NEVER said anything bad about anyone. It's just so rare these days to find someone who geniunely sees the good in everyone.
I'm glad you still have so many wonderful memories!
