Man, I wish I lived in California. It should never be hotter in Chicago than California... no fair. I'd even take the rain. :P But I digress from the point I never actually started. I was going to comment on how adorable this was- the collar with the puff sleeves with the bow with the ruffles... cute overload fo' realz. I love it. :D
