Love the color scheme. And great use of those mermaid ears or whatever they are. Kudos! :D

EDIT: Though I see you want a critique. . .hrm. . .if I were you, I wouldn't use those red racer lips. They don't really match. :( Maybe find some lovely dark-burgundy lips to go with the eye makeup?
