Can't upload or edit styles

Well, when I got home from school today, I tried to edit a style I'd submitted this morning (this one to be specific).
Every time I try, I get a 403 error saying that it's forbidden or something.

I tried to upload a different avatar, and the same thing came up.
Not really sure what's going on.

Same thing for me. I get this every time I try to upload:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It happens for both trying to upload from a URL and from a file.

I haven't run into problems uploading styles yet, but SF is indeed absolutely refusing to let me edit, giving me the same message quoted by Lalia. Not sure what's going on.

I often get this error

...while I'm browsing the site Is it because too many people are on? I have no clue about these things.
