I understand the confusion and concern and I'm looking at ways to fix the issue. I'll let you know asap.

I've used the Vanishing Cream in one of my avatars and I end up with a white background.
I don't know exactly how the invisible HA works; I'm assuming it's covered with a solid white background, thus my problem when saving.

Question:
- is there an exception for HAs that use the Vanishing Cream?
- is there a way around using the cream without the white background at the end?

I've tried saving it from my wardrobe home page, and from one of my forum posts. And I upload directly from my computer. Can't think of what else to try. Here's the problem avatar (currently set to private on Style File for the time being):

There is an exception for Vanishing Cream avs. I'll add it to the rules.

Appeal, the beta testers accounts have expired and they are now regular users, meaning their upload limits are now in effect. However, something happened and CHIC members have gotten mixed in. They are working on this issue.

I am sort of a new-ish member.
I know that when you first sign up, you get five uploads of has, am i correct?
I have tried uploading my styles, but they dont show
