Hi,

I see there are a couple of older topics related to this, but thought I'd flag that it just happened again

My previous submission Murder on the Dancefloor was just replaced by A Praise Chorus.
Kinda gutted as MotD was one of my most popular submissions to date (they generally don't get a lot of love).
I uploaded both using URL link.
Is there anything that can be done, or do I just need to do what the other topics suggested and delete the old and re-upload?

There is no way to recover the lost HA, I'm so sorry. Please request the messed up HA to be deleted and then you can re-upload.

I've just had this happen too; my Strawberries and Chocolate one is now showing the image of my latest one.

Sorry that happened to you. Thank you for requesting the deletion so it can be removed and you are free to upload the missing look again.

I'm really sorry for taking so long to respond, I forgot to check to see if anyone had replied to my post. D:

It had just happened just before I posted last (may 7th). Since then it seems to be fine though, I haven't had any more problems with uploading HAs. ^_^

Spoke too soon, it just happened again with my latest one. Dx I'm just gonna save the images and upload them from now on rather than uploading them from the url.
