New upload replacing older HA submission

I've uploaded 3 avatars today (Ombre, Not so Cinderella, and A is for Aria) and when I scrolled down my page I noticed these new images have replaced some of my previous uploads (The Evil Queen, Cameo and Cacao Powder). I deleted my cache and cookies but that didn't help. The url of the images is the same now. I hope my older images aren't gone forever!

This has been happening recently, we are currently looking into the problem and how to fix it.
Can I ask how you uploaded those 3 new HA's? Was it by url or upload from a file?

This should be fixed now. Unfortunately, it won't change your avatars. Please request a deletion of the duplicates and we will delete them and you should be able to upload again.
Let me know if this happens again & also if it was by url or file. Thanks
