Help with uploading

I'm having troubles with the uploading.

I have a basic account that allows me 5 uploads a month. I uploaded 5 in Feb. 3 in March. None in April as I wasn't allowed. And now I uploaded one and I got this message: You have reached the style limit for free accounts. The upload limit is currently 5 per month. You have 20 available. Click the button below to upgrade your account!

I'm rather confused on this when I follow the rules. I emailed Cara (peach) but never got a response.

Please help me with this confusion. Thanks

P.s. I read the update Cara made in March and did not see a help board.
