Problem with uploaded HA

I saved my current HA in the correct way , uploaded it as I should do and all you can see from it is the under bust ribbon I am wearing . Is there any chance I did something wrong or is it a bug ? I deleted once and re-uploaded it and is looking the same . Can I do something about it ?

Where were you saving from? If you were saving from the wardrobe then it will probably only save the top layer you are wearing. Try saving from somewhere else on the site.
