Invisible upload? help :c

when I submitted the HA 'a hipster named alice', the submission went through okay, but the actual image is missing.

This just happened to me as well trying to upload an avatar for my Punkarati avatar.

I'm having the same issue (I think). Several images seem to be 'missing', including one of my own. It seems they can be seen by some however, as they are getting adores.



Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've never seen this issue before.

I've tried in Firefox, IE and Chrome...it's the same issue with all 3 browsers.

I tried uploading it again today, just for the hell of it...
and it worked
which is awesome, but I still don't know what happened before, as I followed the exact same procedure.

There was a bug in the upload from computer feature. It's been fixed, though.
