HA Image Not Showing Up

I tried to post my HA and it came up as a white box. http://style-file.org/index.php?page=vi ... tyle=35741 :/

The image url was:

I'm also having trouble uploading my HA. I saved it to my files as a .png, which is the way I've been saving mine for a couple years now... Is there a glitch with the HA system or is it on my end? :ohnoes:
