Limit to Style Title Length

It's come to my attention that there have been some ridiculously long titles for uploads lately. I propose a limit to how long titles are allowed to be.

I'm completely for this suggestion. There really is no need to post a novella as a SF title.

yeah guys at least let me make an HA titled with my grocery list so i can view it on my phone when i'm out.

what do you mean writing it down is less work
